1 - MANHOLES WITH MOULDED BASE

Specification: Three inlets manhole DN/ID 400

Three-inlet and one-outlet manhole with circular section PEMD moulded bottom obtained by rotomoulding, with internal ducts, having a diameter of DN/ID 400 and pre-arranged for connection of PEAD corrugated pipes or PVC pipes with diameter DN/OD 160 or DN/OD 200 by means of special seals that help preventing pipe displacement and ensure the system’s hydraulic tightness. The upper part of the manhole should be provided with a spigot for receiving a coupling extension inserted by coupling and including a PEAD corrugated pipe section with diameter DN/ID 400 mm, with a stiffness class not lower than 4 kN/m2.
A polyethylene cylindrical component may be inserted on top of the manhole for trapping inside the manhole.
The manhole must be totally tight even with groundwater and also suitable for reducing the elevating thrust of water and the thrust of soil.
The manhole must be manufactured by a company with ISO 9001:2000 certification for design and manufacture of PE manholes and with ISO 14001:2004 (environmental certification).

Specification: Line manhole DN/ID 600
Supply and installation of a polyethylene manhole composed of a circular section PEMD moulded bottom obtained by rotomoulding, manufactured according to the UNI EN 13598-1 standard. The manhole, provided with internal ducts and 440 mm high, has one inlet and one outlet, all pre-arranged for the coupling of PEAD corrugated pipes with DN ................ (DN/OD 160-200-250-315 mm- DN/ID 300) by the use of half welded coupler that guarantees the system’s hydraulic tightness.
The bottom should present a socket in its upper part for receiving an extension represented by a PEAD corrugated pipe section with DN/ID 600 and ..................... mm long with a stiffness class not lower than 4 kN/m2.
The manhole must be totally tight even with groundwater and also suitable for reducing the elevating thrust of water and the thrust of soil.
The manhole must be manufactured by a company with ISO 9001:2000 certification for design and manufacture of PE manholes and with ISO 14001:2004 (environmental certification).

Specification: Three inlets manhole DN/OD 630-800
Supply and installation of a polyethylene manhole composed of a circular section PEMD moulded bottom obtained by rotomoulding, manufactured according to the UNI EN 13598-1 standard, certified by the mark IIP UNI issued by the Istituto Italiano dei Plastici.
The manhole, provided with internal ducts and 540 or 640 mm high, has three inlets with possibility of membrane insertion, two of which at 60°, and one outlet, all pre-arranged for the coupling of PEAD corrugated pipes with DN ................ (DN/OD 160-200-250-315 mm- DN/ID 300) by the use of half welded coupler that guarantees the system’s hydraulic tightness. The bottom should present a cone truncated system in its upper part for receiving a coupling extension represented by a PEAD corrugated pipe section with DN ................ (630-800 mm) and ..................... mm long with a stiffness class not lower than 4 kN/m2.

Specification: Three inlets manhole DN/OD 1000-1200
Supply and installation of a polyethylene manhole composed of a circular section PEMD moulded bottom obtained by rotomoulding, with internal ducts, with diameter .................... (1000/1200 mm) and .................(570 or 670 mm) high, provided with three inlets, two of which at 60°, and one outlet, all pre-arranged for the coupling of PEAD corrugated pipes with DN ................ (250-315-400-500 mm) by the use of half welded coupler that guarantees the system’s hydraulic tightness. The bottom should present a cone truncated system in its upper part for receiving a coupling extension represented by a PEAD corrugated pipe section with DN ................ (1000-1200 mm), ..................... mm long and a stiffness class not lower than 4 kN/m2.
The end part of the manhole 1000/1200 mm will present a PEMD conical reducer made by rotomoulding and coupled onto the extension, with a diameter of 1000/1200 mm, suitable for tapering the manhole up to DN 600 mm for crawl space; the conical reducer can be cut up to 200 mm.
The manhole must be totally tight even with groundwater and also suitable for reducing the elevating thrust of water and the thrust of soil.
The manhole must be manufactured by a company with ISO 9001:2000 certification for design and manufacture of PE manholes and with ISO 14001:2004 (environmental certification).

Specification: Line manhole DN/OD 1000-1200
Supply and installation of a polyethylene line manhole composed of a circular section PEMD moulded bottom obtained by rotomoulding, with internal ducts, with diameter.................... (1000/1200 mm), pre-arranged for the coupling of PEAD corrugated pipes with DN ................ (DN/OD 250-315-400-500-630 - DN/ID 300-400-500) due to a welded half coupler at the inlet and outlet. The bottom should present a cone truncated system in its upper part for receiving a coupling extension represented by a PEAD corrugated pipe section with DN ................ (1000-1200 mm), ..................... mm long and stiffness class not lower than 4 kN/m2.
The end part of the manhole 1000/1200 mm will present a PEMD conical reducer made by rotomoulding and coupled onto the extension, with a diameter of 1000/1200 mm, suitable for tapering the manhole up to DN 600 mm for crawl space; the conical reducer can be cut up to 200 mm.

The manhole must be installed on a sand bed of at least 150 mm and be finished with aggregates of low grain size distribution (class G1<16 mm and class G2<32 mm) compacted by layers of 300 mm. The distribution of the road load is obtained by a ………… cm thick concrete plate, with a central slot of Ø............ mm, installed on the upper part of the manhole, with a cast iron drain cover class D400, that allows for road overloads to be distributed on the compacted sidefill around the manhole.
The manhole must be manufactured by a company with ISO 9001:2000 certification for design and manufacture of PE manholes and with ISO 14001:2004 (environmental certification).


2 - MANHOLE MADE FROM PIPE

Specification: Manhole made from pipe
Supply of a high-density polyethylene manhole made from suitably cut and welded twin-layer corrugated pipes class SN 8 KN/M2 with a .... mm outer diameter and .... mm height. The through pipe will be a PEAD corrugated pipe class SN 4 (or SN 8) KN/m2 with a outer diameter of.... mm.
The 1000 / 1200 mm manhole end part includes a PEMD conical reducer, made by rotomouldig, installed onto the 1000 / 1200 mm vertical coupling extension and used to taper the manhole up to ND 600 mm for the crawl space; the conical reducer must be reduced to 200 mm.
The manhole must be manufactured by a company with ISO 9001:2000 certification for design and manufacture of PE manholes and with ISO 14001:2004 (environmental certification).
