Five types of moulded bases are available: one for manholes of diameter ID.400 mm, one for manholes of diameter ID.600 mm, one for manholes of diameter OD.630/800 mm and two for manholes of diameter OD.1000/1200 mm. The bases allow the insertion of pipes from OD.110 mm to OD.630 mm.
The special cone-shape structure makes easier the rise introduction and assures a perfect hydraulic tightness after the pipe has been jointed or welded. Moreover the Ecopal manhole allows to lay the base according to the duct position.
Couplings are made by cutting the wall of the inlet area with a special tool and by inserting the relative special seal. This seal designed just for Ecopal guarantees a perfect tightness even by misaligned piping and avoids also the pipe displacement.
The following moulded bottom manholes are available:
- three inlets (one in line + two at 90°) for manhole DN/ID 400
- line manhole DN/ID 600
- three inlets (one in line + two at 60°) for manhole DN/OD 630-800
- three inlets (one in line + two at 60°) for manhole DN/OD 1000-1200
- line manhole DN/OD 1000-1200 |
