Through its member Palbox, the “Polieco group” – always watchful to the needing worded in canalisation branch presents the new HDPE spiral pipe steel armoured for sewage systems in four big dimensions according to INTERNAL diameter series.
This pipe – produced in our plant of Basiano (MILANO) – widens our Ecopal range, available on the market since 1996.

Spirobox is a high density polyethylene pipe which is composed by an internal smooth wall and an external spiral wall. The pipe is produced by rolling up a high density polyethylene profile with corrugated section extruded & welded continuously. Between the external corrugated spiral wall and the internal smooth wall is placed a steel band already covered with a polyethylene layer and prepared in the same waved form as the external HDPE wall, which increase considerably the resistance of the sewage duct to the vertical loads.

At the two pipe’s extremities are welded one male-HDPE-coupling-part on one side and one female-HDPE-coupling-part on the other side. The female-part is realized with two seats in which are already installed two seal rings. On the building site it is just needed to push one pipe inside the next one. |
